SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process and ship orders within 1 business day to ensure you receive your items promptly. Please note that during the launch of new collections or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume of orders. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to dispatching all orders as quickly as possible.

Address Changes & Tracking

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address, as we promptly begin processing and hand over the order to the carrier. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code, enabling you to track your package’s journey. Please note that tracking information may not be available until the next business day after the carrier processes your order.
 If you have not received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors or looking for a delivery note. In the event that the Track & Trace code indicates delivery, but you have not received your package, please contact us at info@thekurdawari.com.

Non-Delivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered as expected, please use the Track & Trace code to monitor its status. Should any delivery issues arise, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received your package, please reach out to us for further assistance.
